5th Referral:
Earn one complimentary 60-minute session, which can be redeemed for any standard 60min in-person massage or any eligible 55min virtual session! You'll also receive a 30% discount on all single, full-priced services you book & priority booking!

Earn a $30 discount to be applied toward the cost of any single, full-priced future session!

You're a VIP!
This is the top tier achievable through referrals, designed to offer continuous value to my most loyal clients! You will automatically receive VIP status after making your 5th successful referral within your anniversary year, which starts from the date of your first session with me!
Maintaining Your VIP Status:
Your VIP status and all its benefits are valid for the full anniversary year in which you earn it.
To renew your VIP status for the next anniversary year, you must achieve one of the following two goals before your current anniversary date:

Goal A: Referrals

Successfully refer 2 new clients.

Goal B: Personal Sessions

Personally complete 8 full-length sessions.

Achieving either of these goals will automatically renew your 30% discount and Priority Booking access for another full year.
What Happens If I Don't Renew?
If you do not meet one of the renewal goals by your anniversary date, don't worry—your past contributions are still deeply valued! You will automatically transition to Legacy Status for the following year.

Legacy Status Benefits: As a Legacy member, you will receive an ongoing 15% discount on all single, full-priced services.

Reinstating Full VIP Status: You can be reinstated to full VIP status at any time. As soon as you meet one of the annual renewal goals (2 new referrals or 8 personal sessions), your full VIP benefits will be reactivated for the remainder of that anniversary year.
Program Questions & Policies
What is a "successful referral"?
A referral is counted as successful after the new client has completed and paid for their first session.
What is my "anniversary year"?
Your progress on the rewards ladder resets annually on the date of your first-ever session with the practice.
Can I combine rewards and discounts?
You may only use one monetary discount per session. However, non-monetary rewards like a Free Add-On or Free Extra Time can be combined with discounts.
Do rewards work with service packages?
Referral rewards and discounts are for single, full-priced services and cannot be applied to already discounted service packages. You can, however, use non-monetary rewards (like a Free Add-On) during a session from a package.
What if my friend's first session is a gift?
If a new client's first session is a pre-paid gift, their New Client Welcome Offer will be saved and can be used on the first full-priced session they purchase for themselves.
